A long weekend worth of being thankful.

Rogan celebrated his first Thanksgiving this past Thursday. Andrea, Rogan and I went to Grandpa Steve and Nana's house for Turkey dinner, Yum! The food was wonderful, but I think what we were most thankful for was a weekend to relax. To spend time together without any "pressing" issues. And relax we did. :)

Of course having all that pie made it easier to just sit.

After Thanksgiving, Friday was another day of rest. We slept in, and then headed over to Oma and Opa's for a pancake breakfast. Yum again! After spending the early afternoon sitting off the pancakes, we went home to decorate the house (not shown).

Rogan is truly the emperor of the house these days. Look at him presiding over his empire on his throne. Looking very regal little man.

Finally, Rogan inspired us to work off some of the good eats from the weekend. He's ready pump you up!!

The classic story of Old MacDonald and his farm as told by Rogan. Make sure you watch it all the way to the end. There's a surprise waiting for you after the credits. :)

Another sample for the cover of GQbaby! Check out the new Kicks! :)

Last night Andrea, Rogan and I went out to dinner! That's right we went to a sit-down restaurant as a family for the first time! Andrea got a flyer at her baby group about a fund raiser event that Children's hospital and Canyons restaurant were having. If you went in for dinner between 5-9pm 20% of your bill went toward research and treatment of brain tumors in children.

It was a madhouse where we were sitting. There was a big group of families in a confined place, at least 20 children. It was so loud it stunned Rogan into submission, which let us enjoy our meal, but didn't give us an opportunity to talk about much. Rogan was very well behaved though, and we got to get out and have a nice meal for a good cause.
