Rogan has a snack time buddy. Mr. Frog is the perfect place to sit down and eat your newton while sippin' your juice! He loves Mr. Frog. He even gives him a big hug, right before he tries to eat the camera! :)

Mr.Frog is very comfortable apparently.

MmmmMMMmm.
Rogan has also become quite a fan of Elmo. He got a special Elmo Knows your Name from Nana and Grandpa. We can program Elmo to know all sorts of stuff about Rogan, his nap time, his favorite color, etc. However, sometimes when Elmo just starts talking in the other room it can get a little creepy.
Rogan loves to watch Sesame Street with his friend Elmo. The trick we have now is to make sure he's far enough away from the TV. So we've got a new game. You can only watch TV on the blue mat (not shown) or on the rug. Seems to be working so far.

Rogan has been sleeping very well the last week or so. (I know, I just jinxed it, oh well). Anyway, he's going through a growth spurt made apparent by his 18 month old pants fitting perfectly now, where a week ago we had to roll them up.Here is a little video of Rogan. He went to bed around 7:30pm and this video was taken at 7:45am the next day. I was waiting for him to wake up before we had to head to Daycare.

Even though we've been exposing Rogan to fish since we brought him home (see his room) we haven't had a chance to visit the wonderful Seattle Aquarium yet. Lucky for us we got an awesome Christmas present - tickets to visit! The fact that Rogan has a new word "BUBBLES" made the Aquarium that much more fun.
Once you're in the door you're greeted by a wall of fish. Very impressive.

Rogan had to show his Mommy some very cool fish!

Rogan was a big fan of the open spaces at the Aquarium. He could run and run and run and run and.....well you get the idea. It did wear him out nicely. :)

The wave tank was great because there was a spot where Rogan could just reach into the water and get the bubbles.

Rogan could touch the bubbles!

Rogan loved pushing this big buttons. They played whale songs which was really neat.

The giant Octopus is a big time crowd please. He was especially active the day we went.

Rogan was most excited by things he could touch. The Octopus tentacle display was the best!

As always the otters were very entertaining. The river otters were having a little wrestling match right next to the window. Rogan was very entertained.

Rogan has been using utensils now for a few weeks, but this morning he used them successfully. He ate his entire bowl of cereal without it ending up all over the place!

Way to go little guy. This is a big step. Now if only we can get you to eat a something other than chicken, bread, beans, and corn. (and of course cookies).

We're under construction!
I am currently in the middle of a back end overhaul of the baby blog. I'm going to be adding new features as well as making it easier for me to share high resolution pictures and slide shows with my faithful audience, you.
Rogan has been just as cute as always and I have plenty of new material to get up on the blog, but it will be a little while longer before I can get it all up here.
For those that need to get their Rogan fix NOW. Please visit my Flickr photo stream to view the pictures.
Sorry for the lack of updates from the Holidays, believe me there is plenty to write about once the new architecture is all done. I'll keep working with my little helper!
